We were given an assignment to choose an artist's work from Motionographer website, and do exactly like that. I chose Justin Harder, and this was one of the work that he did for VH1. In order to do exactly like he did, i had to look at his work for i don't even remember how many times. I grabbed my pen and notebook, and started listing down what graphics i had to create in Illustrator, and what was the color pallette. First thing i checked off the list was graphics, then came timing!!!! I wasn't very good at timing, that's why it's a little off than original. But graphics wise, and animation wise, it's very close to original. It's always a challenge, when you are copying an artist's original work, and are willing to do exactly like that. In this case, my timing issue was problem. Other than that, it was pretty good.
